Depends on where you will be working and how far you're willing to live from work

There's some apartments outside of LSU's normal area that may be a nice fit. The one's on corporate may be nice with some of the nice bars near by.

Downtown life is pretty cool if you work downtown but I would 100% not live there if you dont work downtown.

Close to your office. That's the most important thing.

Unless your office is in a shitty location.

We have a few 25-30 year old people who live over in/around Perkin's row. Got some other young people who live somewhere by Olive Or Twist / Rum House.

Young OT baller should live in those. Young professional who can't afford to live in the lap of luxury yet should live wherever his budget dictates he can. 1/3 of your monthly take home on rent/ mortgage is the max you should spend.

You need to answer some questions first:

-Are you ready to invest long term in some property? And maintain a house?
-How far would you be willing to drive if so? How far would you ideally drive?
-What parts of town or businesses are important to you in the next few years? Restaurants and bars? Good schooling? LSU?
