UPDATE
After doing some more research my wife and I decided to go to a tattoo shop. They seemed to be the only place that pierced with a proper needle and not a gun. We went to déjà vu and met with Red. He was very good to us and our daughter. He had a great attitude and went the extra mile to make her feel more comfortable. They had quit a few kid earrings that were top quality. I would highly recommend them after having gone.
