I only do dumbell press when i am cutting

In fact none of my lifts in my current routine use dumbells. Just barbells, crooked bars for skull crushers, and a weight waist belt for weighted chins.

Lots of these at the gym i go to

They probably have the same bicep mass as a normal person, but the amount of fat makes their arms look big
