I chimped out pretty bad playing pick-up basketball the other day. I (cleanly) blocked the worst player on the court and he called a foul. It wasn't game point but it was close.

I a mini-tantrum & threw the ball across the gym and made them get it. It was pretty embarrassing tbh.

You mean like on the curb with one wheel in your yard?

about a year ago i was on a jobsite.

red barricade tape to keep people out of the immediate area for safety. what we do is dangerous. something goes wrong and people can be seriously injured or even killed.

this a-hole from another company asks permission to enter so he can do whatever it was he came for.
told him no one not immediately involved has to stay out.

called the PIC for our client and asked who had priority. We would suspend all operations if it was he had it over us. PIC says that dude wasn't needed until next day. So i passed it on to him that we would be done in about 2 hours and he could enter the area then.

dude says "man frick you i ain't waiting for shite!" then proceeds to cross the barricade.

i absolutely snapped.
grabbed him by the collar and drug him out and tackled him.
while pinning him down i dared him to step within 10 feet of my barricade again.

Man you got me there Unc

No, im not some good fighter. I don't like to fight and have lost more than I won. Dude is several inches taller than me, more fit and probably 30-40 lbs heavier. I was a complete dumbass.

But keep on with your gotchas. Bring your hard on towards someone else.

Usually once a week. I got mad at some bolts two days ago, and just started hammering everything around and throwing firewood. I have been diagnosed with what they call Impulse Aggression and Intermittent Explosive Disorder

I called my three (now four) year old daughter a psycho the other day. She politely asked for chips, and so I got a bowl and before I could get to the pantry she yelled, "DADDY CHIPS!!!" I yelled back, "I'm getting them you psycho!!"

I then laughed at how moronic I sounded and gave her the chips like I was her bitch.

Should've crumpled them and dumped them in her hair. You wasted an opportunity to teach her a lesson.

You'll regret this when she's 17 and doing tricks to support her whippet habit

Being a coach, I've lost my mind a few times going off on my team's subpar play

But my worst was directed at a athlete who was simply hanging out in the gym being creepy AF weirding everyone out.

I told him to leave and he was quite disrepectful. I call him back over and he keeps walking.

I followed his punkass through two buildings and two parking lots screaming at him for being a disrespectful little bitch and a no talent hack who is more trouble than he is worth (truth).

Years later, former students still share nostalgic moments of "Coach epically going off on..."

Since I own a restaurant, it happens on the reg. Its might be a line cook who fricks up a big batch of something or a vendor who shorted me on the morning delivery.

It's getting better since I hired a smoking hot sous chef who knows her shite and keeps the vendors and cooks in line. She keeps me sane as of late.

Just a little bit ago when my bootie call got locked up for failing two breathalyzer tests while on probation.

Now I don't have anyone to make my sammich. It pissed me off. I might just go over and bitch slap her husband for allowing her to drink.

Every day, when in traffic. It's the best way I know how to release built-up stress without making an arse of myself around other people.
