Do you people actually count calories. I just try to stay away from fast food and sodas and then haze the shite out of myself with sprints, swimming, and gym time to keep from getting fat. It's working so far.
I'm at the weight I want . Have the muscle mass I want. I want to trim down without losing muscle mass.... I've been doing more running/swimming than lifting so I don't want to turn into a pole. So I'm counting for that reason. Not to keep from getting fat. I do that without counting.
