They just need to start issuing severe penalties for people who cause accidents like this. It fricks everyone over.

I see this a lot going Westbound right before the 10/12 split on the incline. People literally just slow down to 30 for no reason at all. Backs traffic up for miles every other day.

If the people in the left lane weren't going slow, the faster drivers wouldn't have to swerve in and out of traffic. I cut in and out of lanes all of the time just to get around slow people in the left lane
