I take a hot bath like every other night. I have special soap I put in there too. Great fragrances in that soap.
I tell Alexa to throw on some chill music while I soak. And I sometimes put on a frozen gel mask while I'm in there.
There's nothing better than having a hard workout, going home getting in a bath so hot that you think you're going to die, laying in there and listening to some chill music for 20 minutes, then getting in a freezing cold shower. Try it baws. It'll change your life.

I'm not going to judge you guys, but I can't think of anything. Most of this seems fine as long as you're countering it with manly stuff. That pedi stuff is probably the worst though. I hope you guys aren't putting on heels after and practicing your turns, just in case.
