Went to buy some jeans and a pair of khaki pants yesterday, and noticed that the inseam is much higher on a bunch of pants. They changed it on the Levis 527 and Polo khakis. I don't know why they did that because it was fine before, but I don't want to be walking around with a moose knuckle blaring out all day. Plus, damage can be done when you sit down.

Also, it is hard as hell to find the 527s in a regular jean color anymore. 95% of them are really dark.

Any other similar jeans or khaki pants I should be looking at that didn't change?

Why not, it's just yet another sign of my superiority to other humans.

ETA: and I wear 501's so mine are even slimmer.

Clothes in general fit tighter and are cut more slim these days. I like it. Sucks for the fatties though.

This is exactly why I stick to Bugle Boy jeans. They don't pull this kind of bullshite.

My package got fatter since I last bought jeans? Highly doubt that. I didn't even want to walk out of the damn dressing room.

Wasn't really a moose knuckle. I just didn't want to say you could see my complete package resting on my leg when I tried on the jeans in my OP, because the responses would just all say "subtle brag"

ITs part of an ongoing fashion trend to make men look less masculine. Jeans are meant for work. You can't work in skinny jeans.

Dont care what you say, Wrangler Advanced Comfort FTW.

Right on, brother. BLUE jeans for BLUE collar workers. Leave the skinny pants and suits for all the sissies out there. Just give me a pair of Wolverines, some loose Wranglers, and a Dickies with my name stitched on and I'm ready to go.

I think you're missing the point. Tight jeans and high inseam don't work for me.

Is jnco still in business?

I don't think it's higher inseams. It's lower waists. The inseam is the inseam. If it's a 32" inseam, it's 32". The inseam feels higher because the pants are made to sit lower on your hips. You just pull them up because you are used to them sitting higher. Then you squeeze your man parts
