re: What’s the coldest weather you’ve been in?

Give me -20 dry cold any day of the week over a wet cold. Coldest I ever was at OIC and it rained almost non stop for a week straight and the temperature stayed between 30 and 38 degrees in Northern VA. There was no way to stay dry. No way to sleep. I along with many others started to hallucinate due to the conditions. I swear I thought I was going to die.
