This, it actually has already depending what type of industry your in. Much growth to come. I could kick myself for not seeing this and picking up some land 5 years ago.

I live in 5 huge cities then moved back to Baton Rouge 3 yrs ago.

I could have lived anywhere, I chose here. That said, Mandeville/Covington is the answer in which you seek.

Houma has the second lowest unemployment rate in the nation. It is home to great outdoor activities. People are friendly. It was receintly voted to have the second best night life in the state (not sure I agree). But most importantly they play Pedro the right way.
