I get the point, but let's not act like police gunning down every black teenager who throws a rock is really going to help the situation. It'd be a total fricking disaster and would further destroy faith in the police while adding fuel to the cause of these idiotic criminals.
Also, it's not like issuing a shoot to kill order during a time of legit and more justifiable civil unrest is exactly what we should strive for.

I wanna know where the hell did the pepper ball guns go? Those things are unreal bad. That'd damn sure stop a lot of people. Haven't seen them in so long. Watched someone get shot in the chest voluntarily and the result was him kneeling on the ground screaming. Seemed pretty effective and non lethal
