Was out on the boat, anchored out enjoying a few cold ones with friends. The area of the river on this particular day had a good bit of boats (maybe 100 or so). A random guy pulls up and ask if he could tie up on the other side of me, he had some cute chicks so I said sure. A little while later he decides to catch the taxi boat to the bar. A few hours later, this random guy has not came back and we were ready to go.
What would the OT do? Wait til he got back, throw his anchor(or not) and untie his boat from yours, or go look for him.

What happened to the ladies originally with him? Did they go with him on the water taxi? If so throw his ancor in the water and drive off. If they are still in the boat wait it out.

If he left his boat with strangers without leaving contact information then he deserves whatever stupidity comes his way. Drop his anchor into the water and peace out.

Sounds like he's not playing with a full deck. Whenever he was about to leave I would have told him that you were leaving in a few and he would have to park his piece somewhere else.
