I wouldnt do a thing to that kid.
I would ensure that everyone knew who his parent(s) were and put the focus on them for a bit.

I would contact the local police and file charges. Then, I would contact admin of the school and let them know that I am pressing charges on everyone who has the pictures and distributed them.
Last, once I knew who originally created the images and spread them, I would sue their parents.

I just feel like in 2024, even if the pics were real, no matter who the victim was, even if it were me- id just claim “Oh that’s not me, that’s just some AI bullshite…”. .. and leave it at that.. at this point AI can do anything, so who’s going to doubt it … especially if it really *is* AI and not real ..

In most jurisdictions, distribution of a nude images of a minor, whether they are digitally altered or generated, is considered distribution of child pornography.

In my view, this would be distribution of child pornography. It should be treated as such, and whatever punishment comes with it would be justified. AI generated should not be considered a loop hole and if an underage likeness is used, it should qualify.
Anyone found sending it should be expelled if under age and arrested if over 18. Anyone receiving it should be held to the same standard if it was not deleted.

Many have been warning that this is the next form of bullying with the advent of AI, and now here we are. This is perverse, and it will become rampant. I have no idea how to prevent this shite other than creating very harsh punishments for those caught and convicted. AI, like the internet has massive ups and downs- this is truly disgusting, but lawyers of the OT, if it is a real "minor" face and an adults body is the child porn? If not it should be.
