What was your first super proud moment as a parent?

I don't have kids and no plans for any but the apartment community I live in has an "office area" with computers and a coffee machine that's directly connected to the media room that has a piano. Well I go to the office room a lot bc my wifi is shite and just to get a change in scenery. So about a month ago while Im in the office area I hear the piano like someone is banging their face on it so I go look and this little 6-7 year old girl is on it just causing mayhem. I asked her if she wanted to learn a song and she said yes. I played twinkle twinkle little star for her 3 times and after the 3rd time she started picking it up almost flawlessly. Her mom was super happy with the whole thing and said she'd planned on getting her lessons. Roughly a month later tonight I'm back in the office area drinking heavily and all the sudden I hear twinkle star on the piano and sure enough there she is rocking it out like a champ. That was awesome and figured you guys had some other awesome proud parent moments.

That moment when I realized that I didn't want kids. Still warms my heart to this day.

When my 3 year old asked for a magazine and told me to shut the door so he could poop, and then after told me to come see how big it was. And indeed it was a massive poo.

My little girl yelled "Gooooooooooo Tech!" at a Publix cashier wearing a uga pin. She was just short of 2 at time. She's getting a BMW when she turns 16.

You have to go to the office area of your apartment complex to get a decent wifi connection?

I don't have to but I've come to enjoy it now. It's kind of like the rec room at the dorm.

Odds are my son won't have a husband.
Who knows in 2040 though.

Pretty sure he said your boy is going to be a T or a G or a Q

I only require him to love LSU, golf, and spending his millions on daddy. After that, he can do what he wants.

When my wife told me she was pregnant I was already proud of the little fricker.

My 5 year old daughter just beat up some little girl playing the piano horribly at the apartment complex. Pretty proud moment for me.

The night they slept all night and I got 8 straight hours of glorious shut eye! That was more monumental than any homerun or college scholarship they received.
