Wedding is in Kenner but obviously most of the guests are staying in New Orleans. Not looking for a day full of activities that will wear people out but also don't wanna go bar hopping to where were smashed by noon. Any ideas other than staring at the hotel walls for five hours?

Take it deep the night before so you'll sleep longer the next day?

Go hit a driving range somewhere and maybe try to squeeze in nine holes if you guys are golfers.

We went to Fox and the hound when it was open. I was forced to do multiple muff divers. It was awesome.

We did golf and lunch before mine, and shot skeet and did lunch for one wedding that I was a groomsman in. Beer was consumed while playing golf, beer was consumed after shooting skeet.

For my wedding, I grabbed breakfast with my dad, lunch with the groomsmen and other friends at Twin Peaks, then got ready at one of the groomsmen's house. Drinking happened at every meal, but nothing excessive. Limo picked us up from the house and we got to the church a couple hours early.

Someone mentioned going to the bar down the street, and the photographer thought it would make for good pics. So we walked two blocks in our tuxes and did a round of car bombs. Got some great pics, and my wife thought it was hilarious.
