but other minus the Steelers, we don't really care.

Why is an AFC team on your radar screen?

All of the people who escaped Pittsburgh moved to the DC metro area.

My hotel is in Landover about a mile away from the stadium.
Flying up there Friday morning. We have the day to go site seeing then going to the Capitals game that night.
Saturday we are going to the Navy game then headed back to the city for the Wizards game.
Sunday will be the Redskins game then try to find somewhere to watch football after the game, maybe the T.G.I.Fridays.
Monday we are flying back

Ok, since you will be downtown for the Caps game, go to the mall and do Lincoln, Vietnam, etc.

As for the Caps game, lots of good restaurants around there, but they are pretty booked up. But if you like old school Chinese, on the back side of the Verizon Center is one of the last holdouts of Chinatown, in the Chinatown Express who still make their noodles fresh, and have great dumplings.

Alos, Graffioto ran by Mike Isabella has great Italian food. If you can get in there, do it. And like others said, the W is great for views and drinks. Or go to Grafiatto's after the game.

Also, for the Navy game, I recommend to put in an extra hour to get there. Getting into the stadium is a nightmare off of 50. After all these years, they still have not figured it out.

Cool itinerary, I pack it in like that as well.

Annapolis is good, and Navy is going to make SMU wish for the death penalty.

You can wear Saints gear, it's NFC East rivals' gear that sets the lesser D.C. fans off.

I have cousins who live in Georgetown, D.C. is a cool town.

Iron Horse taproom. RIGHT next to verizon center on 7th street between F and E St. If you're under thirty walk in and make your way down stairs. Try to be there at five or so when everyone gets off of work. You'll meet some truly interesting people. If you want to mingle with the money dress up a little and stay upstairs. They have great specials every night of the week, and for the area have VERY reasonable prices. All the 30k millionaires who are interns and low level staffers with daddies money go there every single day, these are your downstairs types. Upper level staffers and business owners found upstairs.
