What to do if ex's attorney refuses to finalize our divorce.

Her attorney won't answer, says that I am harassing her if I call either party anymore and I can't afford a new attorney. Its why I fired the last one. My mother filed for divorce without my father being present, but it was uncontested. The date on the initial filing has passed.

He said he couldn't afford it. Maybe he should've had his finances in order before trying to get a divorce.
