Girlfriend and I had the exact same issue a few years ago. It was no less than 12 construction workers piled into a 2 bedroom apartment. The one time I actually glanced into the apartment it was packed full with cots, empty beer and liquor bottles EVERYWHERE and with 1911s it seemed on every end table. They would bar b que in the parking lot blasting Mexican music until 2-3 am it seemed every night. After talking to them 3-4 times I called the police. Didn't stop. Started calling them every time (almost nightly) and they'd show up every time and nothing changed. We left a few weeks later and never looked back. Some people just don't give a shite. And note this wasn't a trashy complex by any means, they just had a shite load of them all living together in that apartment. Land lord didn't do shite.

Sorry bro for the bad news. Some just don't give a crap about others. On a good note the police (BRPD) came every time we called I'm assuming since we probably weren't the only ones calling. It was so bad we literally couldn't sleep until they went to bed.
