I get in bed at maybe 10:30, but don't fall asleep for an hour or so. I'm up at 6.

I sleep around 10 hours a night. I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and wear a CPAP but there could be more to it than that. If I sleep anything less than 9, I'm a zombie and my memory and critical thinking almost becomes non-existent. It sucks when I'm at my internship because I'll get off work around 4, and then go to sleep around 8:30.

I'm 21. I definitely stop breathing in my sleep without the CPAP and sometimes with. I'll have a dream where I'm stuck under water or have something over my face that won't let me breathe and eventually I wake gasping for air. I've tried sleeping 8 hours a day for a week or so and I just can't ever have any energy or mental clarity with that amount of sleep
