Looking to buy a zero turn to cut a few small yards for next season. All the yards will be under a acre. I'm thinking either 42" or 54"?

will you be going through fences to get in backyards? If so you'll need a 42" . 48" is too big.

If the lawns are uneven or have more acute slopes, the wider the cutting deck, the more likely you are to scalp parts of the lawn.

Do you want to just mow or do you want to mow with an attitude?
