None. I used to use Gold standard but I'd rather just eat real food instead

Anyone use any non dairy ones? I've been off dairy for two months and haven't been using protein shakes.

Cellucor- whipped vanilla.. But the peanut butter marshmallow is great as well

Pre work- Preformix - I've tried several different ones and love this one. Has a time release formula and keeps you going for about 3-4 hrs.

This is very valid. Your body can't store protein like carbs so whatever is not being used is wasted

ON - Extreme Milk Chocolate (usually around workouts)
Syntha 6 - Chocolate chip cookie dough and Chocolate Milkshake (before bed)

Syntha 6 is friggin delicious imo.

Oh, and whoever said ON Amino Energy, that stuff is like Koolaid with crack. Also delicious (mix grape and blue raspberry).

I've been using the plant based powders for quite a while now.

No. I had some surgery done a while back that prevented me from eating normally. I was looking for ways to work vegetables back into my diet and found the vegan meal replacement product. I got used to it and have stuck with it.

Been using some casein protein and love it

I do whey after workouts and casein before bed or before a big meal. It expands in your stomach and is very filling. When I'm going out for a big meal I will down two scoops and that shite is thick and filling. So good and tasty

It's about 40 grams total

I just bring canned meat with me to the gym to consume while working out. Gets my protein fix and pretty much ensures that no one is going to ask me to share the machine cutting into my workout.

MuscleMeds Carnivore is some good stuff, it's beef protein instead of whey and I saw good results fast off it
