If I had to blindly assign this statement to a random type of person it would be a 17-20 year old white kid in a body lifted 2WD Silverado with a battle flag front license plate, Oakley Gas Cans, and Boosie bumping through his 12" subs in his sick custom under seat box, oh and a cahart jacket that's never seen dirt if it's wintertime. Just saying...

We live in a society where it's not who's right or wrong, but how you place the blame
For example (hypothetical):
Joe is a cop.. Joe is a white guy married to a black chick who has a (black) son from a previous marriage and Joe and his wife also have a child together...
Joe pulls over a black guy and a struggle ensues before backup arrives.. The perp reaches for joes gun but Joe shoots him before he gets it... The body camera's footage won't go public for a few days so the majority of the black population will go ahead and assume that Joe is a racist cop running around shooting innocent black guys while not knowing that half of joes immediate family is black...
Basically anything especially involving white cops vs black guys automatically becomes a race thing... shite, it's happening in my parish right now and nobody knows the whole story of what happened yet
The wheels get spinning on these types of things before any logical reasoning or legal investigation is done and the media goes on a witch hunt to ostracize a police officer who did nothing wrong... It's dividing our country and its really sad

I still need to find out what the hell happened. And where the hell those choppers are bringing sandbags that they have to block the highway for while they fly overhead.

They're getting the sand from right south of CHS and flying them right across the highway to the levee on the barataria side.. They have to block the highway in case one of the hesco bags fall from the heli... They take four at a time I believe
ETA: apparently someone they call 'bush' who apparently has had several run ins with the law (haven't heard whether it was violent or nonviolent) was tazed and 'beaten' by cops... The 'victim' claims he was having a seizure but I've also seen where he has faked seizures before while being arrested
All that came from Facebook, so take it FWIW... Also, some guys down there who I know are good guys are genuinely upset at how this was handled... Who knows though, the last thing I want is the naacp down here

As a computer analyst I had to work in absolutes not generalities.
I could not fix "rumors" or "everyone knows"! I needed concrete examples.
I once had to evaluate a recently completed financial reporting system for a department where the supervisor had it in her head that the new system did not work. I sat down with her and went thru every computer screen and every report that was printed out for their use. In the entire system, I found one report that was sorted descending instead of ascending. The data was there but was in a different order than the old system. The rest of the new system matched her old system exactly.
The supervisor had made up her mind that the new system was screwed up. Only after we went thru specific concerns did she realize that there was only one minor problem that I fixed in 15 minutes.
I ran into this mindset many times in my career and life in general.

what is racism? is it like pornography, you know it when you see it? It is merely a socialist construct designed to destroy private property rights. those that scream the loudest about it, are the worst offenders/implementers of the tactic

This is what I can't stand about the whole perceived racism in these questionable shootings.
Not everything is a freaking racial issue.. in fact I'd venture to believe most of them aren't. The suspects may have brought it on themselves by their actions OR the cop may have just been incompetent.. which doesn't make the killing any better, however it shouldn't spark and fuel more racial tension!
I have seen incompetent white police shoot other white victims totally unjustified.. It happens.. And it shouldn't happen.. but again, it doesn't justify the constant crying of racism in these situations.. and further dividing us as a nation. It's frustrating.
