How in the world does your significant other have access to your 401K? Maybe I should read up on this.

It depends:
A. How old am I? The closer I am to retirement, the more serious it is.
B. How much did she take?
C. What did she spend it on? This might be more important than the amount if I'm still young in this hypothetical.

When a man marries he knows his woman is taking money. That's what they do. Taking side dick ain't nothing I could handle.

Man...think about it this way. If she's cheating on you she's almost certainly using your money without letting you know.

Yes that I understand but I meant regarding the "infidelity" part. Meaning doing something behind your back without you knowing while you are married not during the divorce procedure.

As someone who was cheated on by their ex-wife, I'd take the financial skimming any day of the week. When your spouse, the one that you pledged yourself to, betrays that vow, it almost kills you inside. I've never shed a tear over lost money.

This thread is stupid. If you think money is that important, you really need to check your priorities.
