Trout is a bit vague. True trout has a mild salmon flavor. Speckled trout is actually a drum and is great in an almondine.

Tough choice between cow and pig. Pig is more versatile, imo and bacon, so if I was going to only eat 1 animal the rest of my life, it would be of. However, for 1 great meal, I'm choosing cow.

Spain: el Gato de los Cielo
Japan: Mu kedama neko (the cat with no hair balls)
Chinese: General Tso's Daughter
Indian (dot): Currilingus
Persia (Islamic Repuplic of Iran): I just lost my appetite.
