Just got a renewal notice from State Farm for the next 6 months...up 23% from previous period. Absolutely absurd , no new claims or wrecks/tickets.

Same car new 3 years ago: $140 full coverage $0 comprehensive. Now $500 comprehensive deductible at $200.

That's more than 23% but it had gone up to $170 due to "business vehicle" coverage a few months ago

Mine with State Farm went up about the same. I called my agent to inquire. He blamed it on Gordon and the gang.

I read the article about how they got approved to increase rates back in july, but I'm almost back to where I was as a college kid with a shite driving record

USAA ... but they're all up, everywhere. It's part of Bidenomics because of so many uninsured illegals. They just did a special report on it the other day.

Car insurance is up 10-12% across the board nationwide. A lot of blue states are up 25% or more ... highest increases in a decade.

USAA hasn't been competitive for 15 years when they expanded membership eligibility.

I will stick around because of customer service, but with Biden prices I'm just looking for the cheapest that will deny any claim I'll make.

Even that's been falling off with USAA. had an auto claim last April that took three months to resolve because my adjuster was not very good. Never had the right contact info about anything. It's all going to shite, lads.

This is why the election for insurance commissioner is important.

I’ve got Progressive and mine went up 25-30% in June. No wrecks or claims since I’ve had Progressive (7 years).

My insurance guy said this is happening with all insurance companies and is due to the increase in cost to repair cars.

I don't call them for anything. I had someone pull their mortgage payment out of my account on accident when I was in Japan 6 years ago. I'm pretty sure that is the last time I called. I had someone at Chilis steal my PCI track data, and ironically order stuff from Gerbergear, which I have shopped from, before I caught the fraud. Nothing out of pocket.

Not to blow smoke, but USAA has always (I've been a member for longer than I've been able to buy beer) defaulted to believing the member. In the 90s I remember them saying they'd cover anything (car audio) connected to the battery, (which wasn't standard.)

Other countries do a better job of separating health and properly insurance than we do. That $35 covers your cleanup costs if you blast yourself into the the back of a Crown.

2022 F250 and 2021 X5M $371 a month for both. You should fire your insurance agent.
