Wee had a lot of problems when came to joining the hull sections together but in the end it turned out really nice.

I don't know what kind of ship it is, but the f-250 owner to non-owner ratio of its crew members is baw:1
Edit for changing the non-ownership to 1. Guaranteed the galley hand drives a 1987 pos cutlass.

Pretty much all operations not "deepwater" (1000'+) take place on these unless there is a permanent production rig in place. Usually a bunch of satelitye well heads that all tie back to a platform. Jackup goes out and sets up over the well and work takes place. Some have full rigs on them and can drill and complete. Some just have cranes and intervention capabilities. Some are just construction and such.

Liftboats and jack up rigs are 2 totally different animals.

I think that's a boat made by EBI (Elevated Boats Incorporated). They used to be manufactured in Lower St Bernard Parish

You gotta love people chiming in on things they have no clue about. The only thing that I would add to your previous post is wireline operations on satellite wells.

Wow!!! That's an enormous frick up.... Those birds are worth a fricking fortune and a half

Definitely not an EBI boat
Why do you say that? I laughed when he said it was, but that was because it's too far away to tell.

Too far away to tell if it is or isn't an EBI boat.

It's ridiculous for someone to identify it from that picture, IMO. They're all black, for the most part, with yellow on the tip of the legs.

Yes I saw it land then saw what appeared to be the unsucessful takeoff attempt headed south. Didn't know if it was for filming purposes. I left for a few hours and came back to what are in those pictures. I got nothing. Will Columbo tomorrow.

i can tell from the design and colors. I also know that none of EBI's boats are off the coast of Alabama right now.
