What Is The Most Extreme You Ever Put Your Body Through?

Whether it be a certain amount you ate, didn't sleep for a long period of time, went a certain time without pissing, etc.. What is the most extreme thing you ever put your body through?
Off the top of my head I have to say not sleeping for just over 3 days. I always had problems sleeping.. Well, not really always, but I remember as a kid I would go a night or so every few weeks without sleeping then it got worse. Even then I would maybe fall asleep for 45 mins or something.. but I got to a point where I would go one or two days without sleeping then the next night I would go to sleep out of pure exhaustion.
Then one night I was going on the 4th night without sleeping. I was so tired but my brain just wouldn't shut off.. Next thing you know it was 1AM. And I thought it was going to be another long night.. I thought I was going insane.. And then next thing I know my alarm goes off. That day I actually felt worse even thought I got sleep and thats when I finally decided to go to the doctor.

Early diving, almost ran out of air, panicked and didn't use the last of my air to in inflate my vest, I had had to swim to shore about 100 yards gear and all. I made it and it felt like I had went 6 wrestling matches!

Your threats get more cringeworthy by the day.

Lead every pitch up the Regular route on Fairview Dome. Daylight to dark. Wasn’t that hard, just sketchy because I’m a flat-lander.

An overdose of alcohol, benzodiazepines and some more things after traveling and physical exhaustion every night for about 2 weeks. Barely eating, or drinking water added to it.
All came to a head one night and cost me 4 days in the hospital.

First month of college track practice. Wanted to jump off a bridge after my first round on 600’s.
