We have one. It was in the master bath when we bought the house.
It has been used twice in about 7 years.

They're nasty, I don't care how much you clean them or bleach them.
The one I have is fricking huge...probably 300 gallons. It takes 3 hot water tanks to fill it, so you better prepare well in advance if you want to use it.
I hate the nasty thing.

All I know about them is they are much more uncomfortable for sex than you'd think.

I'm too long for anything but a custom tub so frick 'em
I've never understood the appeal of baths. Let me stew in my own filth for a half hour.

I have one. Can't remember the last time I used it.

Hear of more than one leaking and flooding floor below. Not worth the risk for something that will get used 1x per quarter after the first year.

Don't get one, you can get a big tub without the jets that never get used and clog up with green gunk.

Don't waste your money. I used to work in the industry and every customer almost to a person regretted getting one. Hardly anyone ever uses them and water sits in the lines getting stagnant. To make matters worse most are plumbed with soft pipe instead of hard and soft pipe lets mold grow inside. If you just have to have one, find one that is UL listed and hard piped. Most likely your local companies just have some waistoid drilling and gluing up soft pipe and using the cheapest motor money can buy. Running some bleach through the jets once a month will help on mold and bacteria but I would just get a nice deep soaker tub if I were you.

Wife loves our bath tub but does not use the jets at all. i think we would both prefer a larger tub over a jetted tub.
I'll shower first then hop in the tub after a long day of sports.

I have one in the master bath. Wife uses it once a month. Not worth the money IMO.

I've had one for 12 years. I've maybe used it 3 times. They suck to clean. My kids use to use it to take bubble baths. It's does make a bad arse bubble bath.

Our house came with one. Built the house 11 years ago. probably used the jets 4-5 times. it's noisy as hell and the jets don't really add anything. we get much more use out of the hot tub outside.

Agree with what everyone here has said.
Don't do it. Every time you want to use it you will have to fill the tub, run the jets and then drain the water a couple of times before you get all of the crud out of the lines. Get a soaker tub, basically the same thing without the jets.

I have one in the master bath. the good thing about it is that potential buyers really like them, so it should add to the resale value of your house.
bad part is that after you play with it a few times, you probably won't turn it on more than once per year just to see if it is still working.

I'm sure Bosch, Viking, KitchenAid, and Subzero make better ones.

I'd rather a steam shower.

Have 2 of them, one in each Master bath and they never get used.
