As far as theme music goes, the sound of glass breaking and Stone Cold walking out would get the hugest pops.
My All-time favorite intro moment had to be Shawn Michaels on the Zipline at Wrestlemania XII.
The Crow version of Sting and Taker was awesome.
The GOAT tagteam intro pop was the Road Warriors.

The Funkasaurus' entrance, complete with his lady dancers, light show, and "Somebody Call My Mama" theme song was a feast for the senses.
