I include strong because if you go to the gym and have a bench/squat/deadlift of 185,275,400 I don't consider that strong, even though you're stronger than most people when you factor in those who do not go to a gym.

Obviously it varies greatly by factors such as weight and age. So include your weight and age and what you consider strong for somone with similar numbers.

For instance, I'm 24 and 5'10 190-200 pounds. I would consider a similar gym member strong with a 250 bench, 335 squat, 450 deadlift.

I don't consider a 250 lb bench for a 200 lb man to be strong.

This website has a good breakdown for lifting standards based on weight: LINK

We should be workout partners!

I don't think I have seen someone max out at the gym in 5 years.

It depends on what gym you go to. Anytime Fitness out in Watson has some fricking monsters, while I'd probably be in the top 15% over at Planet Fitness and I can bench a bit over my body weight.
