Dad is in his fifties, likes the outdoors and likes to hunt and fish.

What would be a good gift for Father's Day? I'm thinking about an original oil painting of some hunting dogs and ducks by a lake, but I'm open to suggestions.

Thank you.

How about stop mooching off of him. I'm sure that would make him quite happy.

I'm sure he'll tell you how much he loves it, but he will be lying to you because he loves you and doesn't want to hurt your feelings.

Is it not a little late for an original oil painting?

Lowe's gift cards.

Running joke with my Dad. It is my GO TO gift. He hoards the cards.

He had so many, he finally used them a year ago to buy a riding lawnmower. All giftcards. Didn't cost him a dime.

I'm cooking my dad dinner because his wife is a bad cook and he likes to eat. He'll appreciate that more than something I could buy

So is there any chore or duty you could relieve him of since you probably already cook for him some. Though with the stuff you mention eating ( ), maybe your dad would also enjoy a nice meatloaf and mashed potatoes

I got my dad some suspend SC insecticide. That shite got rid of bugs around my yard for what's going on 4 months now with one application.

I'm not painting the painting. I'm talking about buying a painting by a nice artist.
