What if Native Americans had sucessfully fought off Europeon explorers?

Or what if European explorers had caught some disease that Native Americans had built up an immunity to but that disease was highly toxic to Europeans.

As much as people romanticize about the utopia NA's had pre European settlements, the reality is North America was more like modern day Africa in terms of how the tribes interacted. Basically, a bunch of people setting on vast untapped rescources not doing a damn thing but living in mud huts. If the Euro's hadnt claimed it, the Asians would have.

They would have eventually fallen regardless...not enough population and technology to fight us off forever. If it wasn't us, it would have been another nation (China, India, etc.)

How about options:
1. The majority population would be Native American, the cure for the NA disease is found so there is a mixture of other nationalities.
2. A cure is found for the NA disease, eventually the Native American's land is taken over by some nationality (European, Asian, etc.)
