I'm not saying Mormons aren't good people with strong morals. But what they certainly are not (even though they want the general public to think they are) are Christians.
Shame how many just assume they are Christians because they talk about God and Jesus.

The link essentially says the same thing you are saying. Mormans reject all Christian Orthodoxy, including the trinity . The book of Morman really is more of a scifi novel than a religious work.

Fair enough. I've had several Morman friends. They really are good people. I think the Morman church does a great job of promoting family values. Nevertheless, I fundamentally can't accept their craziness. I understand that all religions probably sound crazy to an outsider. However, if you take a little bit of time to learn about what they believe, and the history behind it, it really comes off as another Reggie Ray didn't like what pastor Billy Bob was selling.

I visited friends that live in Utah last summer. I heard lots of interesting stories about them from my friends(who aren't Mormon or religious at all).
All the homes there are built with huge basements with cellars to store several months of food. It's some Mormon requirement.
