What kind of stuff does your wife like? If she doesn't have diamond earrings, I recommend those. Diamond studs are timeless classics that can be worn every day. I think every woman should own a pair

I was gonna suggest that as well. With it being her 30th and their 5th anniversary....perfect reason to buy some nice diamond studs. Also could consider an anniversary band as a gift.
