What dietary restriction is the most annoying to deal with?

I am curious on the OT's perspective........
Gluten Free
Vegan
Kosher
Soy Free
low carb
diary free
My personal opinion is gluten free is the most annoying to deal with. Gluten is all sorts of stuff, and its hard to figure out what has gluten in it. Plus gluten free people are selective nazis about it. Well I won't eat pasta, but I will eat a donut.

Low carb is kind of a pain in the arse but vegan seems ridiculously annoying

I get the gluten thing if you have celiac, but is it otherwise even healthy?

Vegan
Definitely the most inconvenient.

Soy Free
Is this a thing? Who the frick wants to avoid soy? I thought soy was healthy.

This board is so slow today, we're talking about dietary restrictions like gluten free and acting like they aren't for pussies

I have vegan friends, and its not too bad. They know they are a pain in the arse and will bring their own food to a party, so they have something.
Gluten free expect you to contort to their view of the world, at least the gluten free people I have run into.

yes, I have a friend who is gluten free, soy free, legume free, and dairy free. Annoying AF.

my wife (no pics) has "celiak disease", whatever the frick that is. Basically, she can't ingest gluten or her tummy will hurt. Gluten is in everything, and yes they are nazis about it.

what the hell?
Gluten and dairy, there's an argument for, a dumb one but still an argument. Legume and soy? What's the reasoning? Is he just an a-hole?

My wife is a real celiac, like can't process gluten at all. It's annoying for 2 reason
1. She can't digest it at all, so if I'm making a sandwich and touch bread and then accidentally touch her sandwich she will get sick. If I drink a beer and kiss her she will get sick. If a restaurant cooks her food on a grill or pot that had something with gluten in it before washing she will get sick.
2. All these fake gluten free people make it worse for her since half the restaurants or people she tells about it think she's just on some fad of the month lame diet and don't take the precautions necessary and/or judge her or try and pressure her to eat/drink gluten

its a she.
She went to some retreat about diets and came back and said no dairy, no gluten and no legumes. Its really fricking annoying to go to a restaurant with her, takes her 10 minutes to order.
