Eastern Europe is the place that gets the most incorrect hype. Spent extensive time there. Yes there are SOME gorgeous women, but those women are out front and center because of their looks. They have more hideously ugly and vile women then you can imagine 
Dirt poor and extremely oppressed doesn't lend to stunning looks on average

Brasil, Argentina, and Colombia are pretty close IMO due to the women having goddess bodies. But like others have said the majority of the countries has their fair share of smokeshows.

Only thing I will say about Spain...now, this is a few years back...gorgeous women, especially MILF bodies. But, they smoke a lot and have yuckmouth teeth, the same way you think of Brits.

I've been to a lot of countries. And to be honest there isn't a unanimous answer. Everywhere has beautiful women and every country has ugly women

There are plenty of smoke shows in the North, there aren't enough that you can find them in trailer parks or diners like you can in the South. I know several wealthy folks in Pittsburgh and Buffalo, there is serious leveled female talent there.
