I think Polish women who can afford it are up there, but Eastern European in general for me.
I just got back from Germany, and I was amazed at the diversity there and the number of gorgeous women. I think if any place is likely to have frumpy stringy haired women it's Eastern Europe. Sure, their smokeshows are still smokeshows but the average there is below that of Germany.
