Most ill-advised username I ever saw was on TOS: HeauxMeauxSabean. The intention was for it to be interpreted as "Saban is the man" but it obviously got people's minds going in a different direction.
Second most ill-advised username was on YOGWF. Someone with an office in Newcomb Hall began posting as "Newcomb Wave". He abandoned that name the next day after it generated the predictable (to everyone but him) hardlegging.
