Well your main issue is that you're conveniently failing to recognize the 7000+ chemicals added to manufactured cigarettes that simply are not found in these other plants.

The other issue is that you're assuming combustion when you mention the word smoke. Vaporization, distillates, edibles, etc. all bypass the negative effects associated with combustion.
