Good answer. I bought a couple of rolls of store brands that sucked. One was so thin, it tore when you weren't trying to tear. You couldn't tear off the complete width of one roll. Even though one was never used on it, it was like a roll of packing tape that someone cut on with a knife. came off the roll in uneven widths. I ended up buying a roll of Reynold's and threw that one away. Was extra p*ssed off because I had bought their extra long roll.

I'll add most candies. Buy the freaking Brachs.

I generally don't buy any generic food....I have had some generics that were decent, but for the most part, I have been pretty disappointed in them.

I will buy generic medicines in a heartbeat and have never seen one bit of difference except for a dramatically lower cost.

I sometimes buy generic cleaning supplies, but some forms are just watered down.

Store brand Mac & Cheese was on sale for like 19 cents a box at Piggly Wiggly when I was a poor student. Grabbed four and thought it was a great bargain.

Made one box, took a couple of bites, and threw them all in the trash.

Used to buy Targets private label version of Old Spice Pure Sport Body Wash (green) gave you more suds and smelled better. Came in a white bottle with a green top. They don't sell it any more.

Found your problem. Publix mac n cheese is awesome and comes in a 6 pack for cheap. Noodles are thicker than Kraft too.

Medicine, toilet paper, any hygiene or cleaning product, bottled water... Idk if I buy anything generic TBH. The few times I try I can always tell the difference.

Ice cream - Blue bell or gtfo. Only exception is publix premium from time to time.

The love for Blue Bell is strange. It's not premium ice cream by it's not cheap. It's full of fillers and corn syrup and junk. Ice cream shouldn't have 20 ingredients.

I absolutely love their Homemade Vanilla, but I don't understand the love for the rest of it.

Adderall/Vyvanse - I want the genuine article when it comes to my amphetamines.

Ambien - the name brand is much closer to quaaludes than the generic.

My entire family loves the shite out of it, but I've never really liked it. Give me some Häagen-Dazs or (if I'm really balling) Capannari's.
