What are some character traits that you butt heads with?

Stickler for rules: a by-the-books type who can suck the fun out of anything
Overt optimist: You could tell him your wife left you for your brother and he'd put a positive spin on it. Optimism is a positive trait, but this can get annoying
The unadventurer: Won't try anything new or step outside his comfort zone
I'm friends with some of these types but our differing viewpoints can make for intersting convos
