-Let go of the party lifestyle in your early twenties and start building wealth sooner.
-There will come a day when hot chicks are not as often making eye contact and smiling so be bolder when you see what you like.
-A person will usually tell you what you need to know about them but you have to connect the pieces

Instead of nailing the nastiest chick at the party, go home and rub one out and sleep it off. Better yet, don't screw anything that walks and save your self for marriage (or at least a serious relationship).

Work out harder in high school and play college baseball. It opens up a lot of doors down the road.

Go to class even though youd rather hang out with your friends.
Enjoy college but make sure you do the shite you need to do to stay in school.
Life will be mich much easier if you stay in school for those few years.
Dont blow your money on shite like cars when you could be investing it.

Take life as it comes
Don't worry about the things you can't change
Take more risks career wise
People will take advantage of your kindness
You have to step on some toes on the way to the top

In the long run you tend to end up with a much better life than the people who bully you in junior high and/or high school. That stuff seems like the end of the world at the time, but it does get better.

If I'd have known I was going to have to work like a dog, I would have gone on to the medical school. At least I would be getting paid. I am in health care.

1. Go out of state for college.
2. No serious girlfriends in high school or undergrad.
3. Pick a major that actually lands a high paying job, like finance.

I'd also tell myself to invent Facebook

you don't need a college degree to be successful.
Don't use that visa credit card Citibank is gonna give you your freshman year.
Don't marry an only child. No matter how pretty she is and how great the blow job she gives you.
