2 sections of pipe, a couple bends to make a hook on each pipe. One person per pipe, hook bend over front and other person hook bend over mid section. Both people tied to a rope with someone on hill holding each rope. Pull deer out.

well the deer jsut moved a foot or so, so it isnt stuck to the ice, thats good
