Fredericksburg is fun. Food, restaurants, hiking.

You can stop by New Braunfels for the Wurstfest if you go in November.

"Wurstfest – New Braunfels, Texas – November 7-16, 2014
A celebration of German culture with food, German, Texan and domestic beer, live music and Bavarian entertainment, dancing, carnival rides and games. Location: 120 Landa St, New Braunfels, Texas 78130"

It's like a mini mardi gras with a bunch of leprechauns running around. Good food and hot chicks.

If you go this route, hit up the Bricktown area. But honestly there isn't much to do there outside of that and the Murray Building Memorial.

Seriously? If I had known this I wouldn't have offered any advice.

Visit the bombing memorial (very moving). Spend lots of time in the bars and restaurants in Bricktown.

Like I posted, this is really all there is to do there. It's a very small city with no real tourism draws.

I would just like to drive home the message that OKC is not where you want to go for a vacation haha. Bricktown is alright but certainly not worth a trip. Downtown OKC is a ghost town.
