What to do? Driving up Saturday. Will arrive around 7pm then have Sunday till about 3 before we have to head to the airport. Any good breakfast and dinner spot? Anything else? Never been before. Flying out of BWI to Iceland then will return and spend 2-3 days in DC but I figure DC is pretty easy to plan. Just see all the historic shite right? Anything else?
Eta: should be around Charlotte lunch time if anyone has anything there.

How much time will you have in Baltimore? If you can, I can't recommend going to Annapolis highly enough. Great area on the water about 30 minutes outside Baltimore with some great restaurants and things to see. Has a great colonial feel to it.

I really would like to see the naval academy. Always wanted to. But I will probably have to hit that on the way back next weekend. We will have 7-whenever Saturday night then whenever we wake up, probably 9ish-2 or 3 Sunday.

For Charlotte, I had the best burger of my life there. Let me look up the name of the restaurant and I'll get back to you.

Glad I don't have a family to take car of so rioting should be fun.

Yeah the naval academy was amazing to see. If you can make it out that way, you really should.

Cool. I'll tell the others. I love that type of stuff. Haven't traveled with the others yet so kinda gotta go with them too. Although they are all kinda looking to me for direction cause they don't travel much.

Yeah I have to be honest, Baltimore didn't do much for me. I don't have a lot to recommend there. But Annapolis is awesome.

It's worth seeing Fells Point and whatnot, but Baltimore is one of the few cities I don't really care about going back to. I'd recommend Annapolis and largely skipping Baltimore entirely, but I understand you gotta see it.

We just have to fly out of there. Once we get back were either going to DC or philly but leaning toward DC right now. Free place to stay in Philly though and I've always wanted a real cheesesteak
Any good crab cakes by chance you had? That is what Maryland does right? Crab cakes and football.

That's actually where we are staying, Fells Point.

Fells point or inner harbor...
Fells point has a crappy new Orleans feel to it, but unbelievably slummy
It's been a few years since I've been, but I hear they upped their game with better restaurants

He was referring to the podcast Serial. All you need to know is Adnan is guilty but there is plenty of reasonable doubt.
As far as a good crab cake goes, I can't help you there. But I'm sure it's not hard to find one. Like finding a good lobster roll in Maine.

I'm going to have to ask the person who was with me if they remember the name of the place, so check this thread again tomorrow for the Charlotte reference
