asking for a friend that is visiting with his wife.

specifically during the day. they don't drink a bunch like us degenerates. I told them the usual

WW2 museum
aquarium
etc.

what are the less known things to do on a weekday in Nola?

I always see tourists exploring City Park. The park has bike and boat rentals, NOMA, a little cafe in NOMA, a Morning Call, and golf.

They can also choose to bike down tree-line Esplanade to get to the park if staying in the quarter. Or they can take the less traffic option and take the Laffite Greenway.

There is some kind of official tour you can take to look at and learn the history of the nice homes in the garden district.
Street car ride down St. Charles and hop off to go walk down Oak Street then take it back downtown.

There is a nice adults only movie theatre at canal place.

City Park has the museum, sculpture garden, mini golf, bike rentals and a cafe du mond kind of place.

Sign up for a cooking class

Take the ferry across to Algiers and walk around the old part of town.

Best bang for the buck is the Algiers Ferry, take a ride across the river on the cheap.

You can find self guided Garden District walking tours online. The weather is fantastic, I'd probably do that.

If you're into amateur comedy and heroin, there's like three open mics every day you can find on Reddit. A lot of the comics are really good and the heroin is never hard to find amongst them.
