The trashy thing is played out but I just can't convince myself to go on a cruise...I try every now and then but come to my senses

I didn't say it was a dream wedding....just saying that is how cruise ship weddings usually work.

i've been on one. we hung out for a few days and then did the ceremony on the ship. we boarded first and checked out the ship while everyone else waited outside. we also got free booze the entire time until they kicked us off.

not ideal but could've been a shitty dry wedding.

While not a carnival fan, this ship looks good to me.
Sorry you're such a wet blanket.

Sorry, but you went on a shitty boat. You paid for what you got.

Course it does...the pics show those areas mostly empty.

Now imagine it full of trashy people. Cruise ship pools are pretty tiny.

Try going on the ship on the far left before making and all inclusive opinion on cruises. You basically went on a Best Western of ships.

Don't care how nice the boat is or from what cruise line. They all draw the same trashy clientele. Some of the trash just pay more for a nicer ship and nicer amenities to pretend they have class and make fun of other trash on shittier ships. If you get on a ship with 1500+ people for 4-9 days....you are trash. Private cruises on small lines are another story. Mega cruise clientele though.....trash.

the boat is nice. no one is arguing that.

the people who go on these vacations are poor and trashy. they get to go to these nice places for really cheap so they go on the cruise.

sorry, but I'd rather have a vacation without thousands of mouth breathers around me 24/7.

cruises in general are for the lowest common denominator class.

I love the uppity south Louisiana people who are too good for a cruise. You frickers hail from cosmopolitan cities like Baton Rouge, Shreveport, and Alexandria but a cruise is beneath you. You frickers.

I just got off Valor. Stayed trashy all week. Had a blast. Also don't think I was sober for any point of it.

I didn't like any of the stops but Belize honestly, because when I go to a country I like to see what they actually live like and that was only available in Belize, and while shitty, I got some great street food for super cheap, and got some great local rum for 10$ for a bottle.

I've been on 2 in my life and I had actually had fun on both. But....after traveling to other places and doing a variety of vacations...just don't think I would be content going on a cruise now.

That being said....if I won a free cruise somewhere I wouldn't pass it up. You have to be a pretty miserable person to not make the best of any situation and just have a good time in spite of things.

I dont get in the mix with throwing the word trashy around that often. But I really did have that experience on a cruise like. We had a 300 lb Alabama woman walking around with a Bear-head-hat hammered off her arse for a week. Had a "fancy" night where everyine got dressed up. Saw so many hilarious things. The portraits from that night were like the funniest glamour shot/prom pics with adults. Couldnt relax around a pool because of drunken whales and their bratty kids. Food was blah and if you went to the sit down restaurant, you were on top of the person next to you. We spent our time people watching.

We spent a day on the beach in Cozumel and the whole time we thought how much we should have done that for the vacation. We dredded fetting back on the ship.
