I find this charge troubling. If my truck and toolbox were searched they'd find tools for the commission of a hundred crimes. The reality is that a 45 year old white guy in a late model F-250 won't catch this charge, (and a paid lawyer likely gets it tossed in any circumstance), but I don't like seeing this level pf discretion in the hands of the police.
