Was on campus yesterday. My jaw dropped when I saw CEBA.

Oh, sorry. Patrick Taylor Hall.

It is absolutely amazing. What is the timeline for getting this thing up and running at full speed?

I was actually wondering how it was looking...I meant to wander over during football season, but didn't make it.

For someone that hasn't been on campus for a couple years, can someone show me what this development looks like now?

LSU is broke but spending money on construction? No wonder your state is bankrupt.

LSU finance and business schools should be abolished

Yea LSU is broke, the athletic department just profited 50+ million last year.

I do t remember the exact figures but the state pledged to match dollar for dollar raised up to $50mm for the building. ~3weeks later the construction dept. had raised ~$54mm privately to exceed their planned $100mm goal.

Looks amazing. Turning out very well.

The renderings of the first design were horrible. I'm glad they changed it. Looks more "LSU" now.

Majority of the money was donated privately for the renovations

I thought it was under construction in the Summer of 2015. I was in there putting flyers up to hire and half of it was under construction and they were having classes in part of it.

I hope they saved some of that CEBA smell in a bottle. I hated it then, miss it now

Most of it was donated. When it came to building the business complex, the donors made a deal with the state to match the money that was raised to complete the project.
The BEC set the standard for all new buildings on campus.
The new PFT is absolutely top notch to any building on campus.

This might be a dumb question, but is that the same Taylor that TOPS is named for?
