hung in himself.

What is potentially a game changer occurs when you review Officer Slager stating he had lost control/custody of the x26 Taser he deployed to restrain a non compliant Scott – and recognize the Taser actually appears to have been used against him.

That turns the entire case around completely!

Well... he'll walk now. Shadow of a doubt = not guilty.

I see no proof in that video or still frame the cop had his own taser used against him.

Wait they're saying the dead guy deployed the taser on the cop?

did he state that he was shot with the taser though?
this reads like he shot himself with the taser...

If it's true and can be proven, he could justify the "fear for his life or the public" defense. Still that whole thing looks questionable. Why did this come out today?

How the tits is that enhanced and how the frick could anyone see/think the taser is in the officer from this still frame? It's impossible to tell and anyone who says definitively one way or another is full of shite

good, hopefully he pleas down and gets community service

innocent! boom bitches!

IF it's true then the barbs probably would have stayed in Slager or at least left evidence in his clothing (i.e. entrance holes)
Although that doesn't really explain why he appeared to drop the Taser next to Scott after Scott was down.

Well, not from the stills. You can clearly see his taser deployed, but can't tell one way or the other. If he has taser prong wounds, that would tell for sure.
ETA: The real question is was Scott a threat once the taser was dropped and he was running away?

Looks like the cop was doing his job. Why he was stopped (broken taillight) does not give anyone the excuse to run. Just like in the Brown case, people are too quick to judge, instead of waiting for the facts to come out. It has been made to be a black and white issue ever since Ferguson.

I thought the taser malfunctioned? Also, isn't there a camera in the taser? If the taser was deployed at Slager, it would show up there.
